ALUWIDE Signage aluminum composite panel which falls into matt and glossy series according to glossiness.  The monomer of the backbone chain is the high molecular polymer of the ester bond, which is added with alkyd resin and ultraviolet absorbent.  It is specially fit for interior decoration and advertising board.  The structure of the polyester molecule is compact with a brilliant and rich surface which can fully satisfy the high demand for surface flatness in printing.

ALUBANG Digital printing aluminum composite panel comprises a polyethylene core between two aluminum skins, which can be painted with a kind of polyester coating which support UV digital printing on surface.  The protective film on the surface of aluminum can be easy peeled off without any mark.  It is designed for use in advertising, sign making and other projects where high load-bearing capacity is not required.

Raw Material 

Our paint suppliers are Beckers, PPG and Nippon. The Kynar500 PVDF coated coil has advantage in UV-resistance and color retention. PVDF paint warranty period is 15~20 years in exterior environment. Even 15 years later, it will fade little by little. With 12 years’ experience in colored coil field, we provide various colors for your reference.
